This is probably one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made, and it’s so good! If you like asparagus, this is a great way to cook it.
I adapted this recipe slightly from this one I found on Pinterest. I sprayed a cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray, then laid the asparagus out on it and sprayed a coating of olive oil on it. I didn’t peel the asparagus, but I did snap the tough ends off.
Then I added a little bit of kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper and parmesan cheese, stuck it in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes, and that was it! It came out really delicious, not too soggy and not too crispy!
